In 1990, Adil enrolled for his LLB Hons which he attained in 1993. He was enrolled as a trainee at Hamiltons Harrison and Mathews till 1994. This was the year he did his Diploma in Laws(Bar finals) from Kenya School of Law.
In 1995, a week after he sat for his Bar finals, he was promoted to an ASSOCIATE at the Hamiltons Harrison and Mathews law firm. He has been at the position for a half a decade.
