Username Investment Limited one of the leading Kenyan real-estate development and Investment Companies moved to their new offices yesterday.
Username Inc, which sells plots of lands in prime areas of the country has won many awards in the recent years one of which was ‘The 2018 Top 100 Mid-sized Companies Award by audit firm KPMG and Nation Media Group (NMG).
The company moved from the Mirage Towers to Le’Mac Towers in Westlands.
During the event, Joseph Gitonga who is the head of sales and marketing affirmed the company’s tradition of trust, offering clients services that meet their expectations.
“We pride ourselves as the most progressive real estate company in Kenya. The products and services we offer are serving and meeting the critical needs of the Kenyan society.” Mr.Gitonga said.
The CEO Mr. Reuben Kimani also reiterated the impeccable service that the company offers its clients.
“Our main target as a Company is to offer high potential, value-added & affordable land. In line with our tagline, ‘A Tradition of Trust’, we take pride in having issued over 6,202 title deeds to Kenyans living locally and abroad.” Mr Kimani stated.
The new headquarters is located along Bishop Road, Westlands.
The move is driven by ‘customer feedback and the need to serve them better’ as the head of customer experience and finance Mumbura Karanja put it.Username Inc recently gave Title Deeds to clients who invested in Graceland Kangundo Rd Phase 1.
