National Bank of Kenya (NBK) has won twoprestigious global awards for its customerservice excellence.
The bank scooped the Customer Satisfactionand Happiness Award in the Global Bankingand Finance Awards 2020.
The awardsrecognize innovation, achievement, strategy,progressive and inspirational changes withinthe financial services world.
National Bank was also named Best Bank inCustomer Service at the International BusinessMagazine Awards 2020. The awards recognizebest in class achievements in internationalbusiness and finance.
