A social media user on January 20th 2020 took a picture of the interior of a Kenya Airways (KQ) flight 578 to Entebbe from Jomo Kenyatta International Aiport (JKIA) asking if the emergecny door had been stitched together by glue.
Kenya Airways immediately responded by clarifying that its flight crew had forgot to return the door hatch to its righful posisiton during inflight deminstration.

In all the delays that clients often complain about, KQ has failed to satisfactorily address the issues.
