Pearson adds that Baron & Cabot has launched their new base in Kenya to finally help Kenyans invest in property within the UK in a simple and effective way.
In the market currently Kenyans abroad are the ones who have been investing back home with data from the Central Bank of Kenya Showing that in 2021 United Kingdom accounted for 11.2 per cent of the Ksh421.6 billion remittances to Kenya.
Baron & Cabot says it has built a market leading research strategy for the investor to simply just choose what would be suitable for them.

Meanwhile, the International Organisation for Migration–UK has called on governments, the financial sector, and money transfer operators to commit to a cross-sector approach to facilitate cheaper, transparent, and more accessible remittances worldwide that leverage their full potential development.
