Metropolitan National Sacco has launched a survey aimed at improving services.
The Sacco which has 8 branches and 12 service centers spread across the country seeks to improve in line with its strategy formulated in 2019 that is ongoing.
“Get served through email by sending an email to [email protected]. As we come to the end of #CustomerServiceWeek2021, we would like to thank you for supporting us and kindly request for your feedback to enable us improve our service to you,” a tweet posted last week stated.
The changes at deposit-taking Metropolitan Sacco’s strategy are anchored on diversification, customer service excellence and development of new products.
The Sacco has embarked on educating and training its clients in good money management through the Metro Business Café.
