Safaricom Unveils New Credit Solutions to Boost MSME Financing in Kenya: Fuliza Biashara, Taasi Till, and Taasi Pochi to expand MSME access!

Safaricom has launched a refreshed lineup of business credit solutions aimed at improving access to finance for:
- Micro
- Small
- and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across Kenya.
Working in partnership with financial institutions, the telco introduced Fuliza Biashara, Taasi Till, and Taasi Pochi digital loan products available via the M-PESA Business App or USSD.
The solutions are tailored to support daily business needs with short-term loans, flexible limits, and fast access.
Fuliza Biashara offers overdrafts from Sh1,000 to Sh400,000 for Lipa na M-PESA merchants.
Taasi Till provides loans of Sh1,500 to Sh250,000, depending on business eligibility.
Taasi Pochi, for Pochi la Biashara users, gives instant disbursements ranging from Sh1,000 to Sh250,000.
All products come with repayment periods of 14 to 30 days, designed to ease cash flow pressures for entrepreneurs in the informal and formal sectors.
“Our goal is to unlock affordable credit and help businesses scale sustainably,” said Safaricom CEO Peter Ndegwa, highlighting the firm’s broader push for financial inclusion through tech-driven solutions.
