Most people have always wondered how Diamond Platnumz and his bae Tanasha Donna became a match made in heaven.

Well, it all started in the DM and the rest as they say, is history.

Speaking to Wasafi TV, Tanasha said after the two bumped into each other in Kenya, they exchanged numbers and began talking like they had known each other for many years.

When the beauty first met Diamond, she had been single for four months after splitting with her handsome ex-boyfriend.

“Long story short we started talking, we exchanged numbers. We had nothing to lose. He was single and I was also single,” the pretty young thing said.

Diamond’s lover even disclosed the singer invited her over to Tanzania so the two could meet up and catch up.

Obviously, Tanasha booked a plane and flew to Tanzania to see the man that might just be her future husband.

Earlier on, the radio presenter who also doubles as a singer admitted the first time she ever saw Diamond was at a club in Kenya while he was still dating Zari.

The beauty said once she visited Tanzania, everything fell into place and her new relationship came to fruition.

Tanasha remembers she first joined Diamond at Mtwara during the famous Wasafi festival and after two days the duo decided to date exclusively.

The unexpected pair has been attacked, dissed and doubted ever since the couple announced they were together.

Even Diamond’s ex lover Zari has taken jibes at Tanasha and once referred to the 23-year-old as a fool for sticking with the Bongo star.

However, the young Kenyan girl has always vowed she will stick by her man no matter what is thrown her way.

Even cheating allegations did not move her and Tanasha was determined to clear her man’s name when the whole world was demonising him.
