Shell Filling Station’s Parent Company VIVO Energy in Trouble

A firm contracted by Vivo Energy which owns Shell Petrol Stations, poured materials in front of Foodies Supermarket, blocking its entrance

Most governments and conglomerates have used COVID-19 to create loopholes that are being used to bypass not only the constitution but also the rule of law-court orders.

This is the reason why CJ David Maraga is cussing everyone that thinks s/he can sodomize the constitution and rape the Judiciary.

One of the greatest law scholar Thomas Jefferson said that law and order are medicine of the political body and when the political body gets sick, medicine must be administered.

While many businesses are at the brink of falling if not yet already toppled off by the wrath of lockdowns and curfews, entities that have corrupt figures at their disposal are using the coronavirus restrictions to forcefully wipe out their competitors.

Vivo Energy which owns Shell Petrol stations is forcefully evicting Foodies Supermarket, Karen. The case is in court but Vivo Energy deems it a waste of time. This should not be the case.

THE COURT HAS SET THE HEARING DATE TO JUNE 23RD.SHELL’S REQUEST WAS TO DEMOLISH AND DEVELOP THAT AREA WAS DENIED. OUR HOPE IS THAT THIS BIG MULTINATIONAL WILL STOP PLAYING DIRTY GAMES IN THE COVER OF THE NIGHT, WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE LEGAL CHANNELS.

Vivo, which wants to build a petrol station on the land went on to bring building materials and pored in front of the entrance to the supermarket.

“If the high and mighty don’t follow the law, what then would the poor, when they wake up do to them?’ I also ask.

Vivo/Shell is engaging in dirty, underhand tricks to kick out Foodies Supermarket. The supermarket has been running for more than 20 years.

Shell is said to have bribed its way into ‘winning’ the case at the tribunal stage, but it was immediately appealed and so, the due proves of the law must be followed.

However, because, Vivo/Shell is owned by ‘big guys’ they decided to invade numerous times, the private quarters of the supermarket, bulldoze things and pour material for construction at the entrance to the supermarket.

One would even wonder why Vivo/Shell are not waiting for the law to decide the fate not alone, respect the court process!

Shell/Vivo thuggery, early this morning. Deliberate frustrations/bullying by pouring the building materials, outside the main entrance without a court order. The aim is to arm-twist Foodies Supermarket and interfere with the daily operations/business of the popular supermarket
1 week ago, they dropped this container, outside the Supermarkets main entrance.
Through Sheer courage, Foodies Supermarket is open, after pushing aside the materials and refuses to be intimidated by the big/crooked multinational Shell
