Reportage Group, a UAE-based real estate developer, said it is looking at further investment opportunities in Kenya as its three Nairobi projects progress.

Group Managing Director Andrea Nucera and senior leaders inspected the DG JKIA, DG West and Enzo Residence sites during a recent trip, checking construction status, meeting the local team and scouting new locations.

The three developments together contain 819 residential and hotel apartments and have a combined development value exceeding KSh6 billion.

DG JKIA on Mombasa Road near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and the Standard Gauge Railway corridor comprises 273 hotel apartments, with more than 90 per cent of units already sold and completion slated for June 2027.

DG West, situated on Sports Road in Westlands, includes 200 hotel apartments and is also under construction.

Enzo Residence, launched in August 2026 in Riverside, offers 346 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

Nucera said Kenya is an important market for the Group and that its experience there has boosted confidence in the country’s long-term potential, adding that future projects will be shaped by buyer demand, technology and more sustainable building practices to improve efficiency and resource management.

The Kenya visit formed part of a six-country African tour that also covered South Africa, Nigeria, Ethiopia, Angola and Rwanda, and coincided with the launch of Reportage Bay in Angola, where the Group plans two residential communities with an estimated investment of about US$500 million in Dubai Investments Park Angola.

Knight Frank’s Kenya Market Update for the first half of 2026 reported a 13.1 per cent rise in international arrivals through JKIA and Moi International Airport to 506,622 in the first quarter, and a 6.2 per cent increase in prime residential sale prices in the first half of the year compared with December 2025, attributing the gains to steady demand and a shortage of quality prime housing.

Kenya’s inflation reached 7.3 per cent in October, and KCB identified oil prices and El Niño as risks to the country’s growth.

Reportage Properties Kenya is the subsidiary that develops the Nairobi projects. Reportage Group, founded in 2014 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, operates in 25 countries, holds a portfolio valued at more than US$17.7 billion, includes 122 launched projects and 51,000 residential units, and recorded US$2.6 billion in sales in 2025, a 90 per cent increase on the prior year.
