The discussions focused on innovative technologies for wildlife management, research-based solutions, and promoting sustainable tourism.

“We are committed to adopting advanced conservation technologies for wildlife management and ensuring strong law enforcement to protect livelihoods while addressing illegal wildlife trade. This requires reliable data and ongoing research,” Miano stated after the meeting.

The meeting also explored partnerships to support Kenya’s tourism through branding and international marketing. Britain remains one of Kenya’s top partners in tourism, and the two nations emphasized the importance of continued collaboration to increase visitor numbers and strengthen ties.
