Two people from a betting firm have been charged with inviting the public to bet without having a license.
Wilson Karungaru (director) and Benard Matoke (operational manager) from Milestone Games Limited were charged on Friday.
The two who appeared before Kibera senior principal magistrate Derrick Kuto denied the charges.

The two are said to have invited the public to use brand ‘Sportpesa’ pay bill numbers 521521, 955700 and short codes on October 30.
They used these codes to allow customers to bet without having a license from Betting Control and Licensing Board.
They were released them on Sh50,000 bond or a cash bail of Sh10,000.
The matter will be mentioned on November 25.
