Nakuru based Menengai Oil Refineries Limited has donated one thousand four hundred (1,600) cartons of Menengai Cream soap and Kibuyu Bar Soap to the Kenya Red Cross and Nakuru County government to help compliment the efforts to curb the spread if Covid-19 pandemic.
The Donations will be specifically channeled to the in low income areas as well as the vulnerable people across the country.
This initiative shall be spearheaded by M.O.R.L’s Head of Marketing, Simpson Osiemo, Kenya Red Cross Deputy Secretary General, Annette Msabeni and Nakuru County Government’s Health County Officer Mr. Samuel Kingóri

Covid-19 is a global threat and should not be left to the national and county governments to handle it alone. We as MORL shall endeavor to engage in partnerships that make an impact in the lives of ordinary people in the society.
In total Menengai Oil Refinery Limited is donating 76,800 bars of soap to both Kenya Redcross and Nakuru County government to curb further spread of the Covid-19
- 48,000 bars of Menengai Cream soap to Kenya Redcross
- 19,200 bars of Kibuyu bar soap to Kenya Redcross &
- 9,600 bars of Menengai Cream soap to Nakuru County Government
