The National Airline Kenya Airways (KQ) has cancelled flights to Khartoum, Sudan following upheavals in that part of the country.
Through a statement released a few minutes ago said it has cancelled two flights KQ 348 (NBO – KRT scheduled to depart 11:20pm local time on January 14) and KQ 349 (KRT – NBO scheduled to depart at 2:05am local time on January 15) as a precautionary safety measure.

This is to inform our valued guests that due to the reported ongoing security unrest in Khartoum, Sudan, Kenya Airways has cancelled two flights, KQ 348 (NBO – KRT scheduled to depart 11:20pm local time on January 14) and KQ 349 (KRT – NBO scheduled to depart at 2:05am local time on January 15) as a precautionary safety measure.
