Centum Investment subsidiary Centum Real Estate created a new tenants portal which seeks to link potential tenants with its mixed-use development projects.
At the same time, the unit is set to provide property management services with the view of preserving the value of purchased residential houses.
According to the firm, nine of every 10 persons in its sphere of operations are tenants with the balance covering home owners.
“Our mixed-use developments offer the best option for any person seeking rental properties in different urban nodes around East Africa,” noted Centum Real Estate Managing Director Kenneth Mbae.
Centum Real Estate describes itself as a leading real estate developer which focuses majorly on large mixed use developments.
The company’s current development portfolio includes Vipingo Development Limited, Pearl Marina Estates in Uganda and infill developments within Two Rivers.
Centum Real Estate is also developing homes under the government’s affordable housing pillar on a joint venture basis.
